1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using oxenbytes.com (the "Site") or engaging any services offered by OxenBytes, LLC ("OxenBytes", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

OxenBytes offers the following service lines:

• Custom software development.
• Fractional CTO services on a consultation or audit basis.
• Advisory engagements, including AI Strategy, Technology Audit, Security & Compliance, and Product Strategy.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for client engagements are governed by individual written agreements between OxenBytes and the client. The Site itself provides marketing information about these services and a contact form for inquiries; nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to perform services.

3. SaaS portfolio

OxenBytes designs, builds, and operates a portfolio of SaaS products (currently Beavry, ManualLocker, TCG Owl, and Horavo). These products are provided through their own respective websites and are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, which are separate from and not modified by these Terms.

4. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Site, including through automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity when submitting information through the contact form or any other mechanism on the Site.
• Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of OxenBytes or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as expressly provided.

6. Disclaimer of warranties
